Senior Minister, Mike Percifield, has pastored NECC since July 1995 and along with a shepherd’s heart, Mike is a very talented singer, and his wife and three daughters are also very gifted musically.  The Percifield family, as well as others from the church family, make up a music team that is second to none.  We feel our worship service glorifies Jesus Christ and edifies His church.

Associate Minister, John Clark, has been anointed by God to preach our Sunday sermons.  God has given John a dynamic ability to deliver His Word in such a powerful way—we are so blessed to have him in our church family.  John is also the adult choir director.
Text Box: Larry Cramer

Youth Minister, Larry graduated from Cincinnati Christian University with a degree in Ministry and Leadership. Him and his wife Jen have been married for 6 years and have 2 children; Rosalie, who is 3 and Ciara, who is 1. Larry has a passion to see teens everywhere fall in love with Jesus and seeks to do what he can to facilitate them as they walk on their spiritual journey.

Church Secretary, Candy has been serving our congregation for about 20 years.  She is married and has two grown children and a granddaughter.  She enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her family.  She also loves helping others.  She helps with Vacation Bible School, teaches the young adult class and helps the Building & Grounds ministry.
